These terms describe use of the Rent a Yacht Here website, accounts and quote request service. Last updated: 18 October 2026.
Service
The platform lets customers explore yacht listings and request a quote for a selected yacht. Owners and authorized captains can manage listings and experiences. Sending, answering or accepting a quote request does not itself create a confirmed booking or payment. The parties must separately confirm the final date, price and charter terms.
Accounts
Keep account details accurate and current, protect access to your account and take responsibility for activity through it. Do not create an account using another person's identity or authority. Report suspected account misuse to info@rentayachthere.com.
Listings and requests
A person posting a yacht must be authorized to do so and provide accurate capacity, equipment, skipper terms, routes, boarding points, prices and photos. The platform may review listings before publication and reject incomplete or misleading material. The operator is responsible for seaworthiness, permits, insurance and actual voyage conditions. Customers should provide accurate dates, guest counts and other request details.
Prices and booking
Displayed starting prices and operator quotes depend on availability and final terms. The current platform does not take online payments or create instant confirmed bookings. Payment, cancellation and refund terms should be set out separately in the applicable charter agreement.
